Our Mission
Bobby Glass began his career in development in Ellis county in 1984, carving out single-acre residential subdivisions from the Texas landscape. Over the decades, his vision transformed into reality, culminating in the completion of nearly 40 distinct developments, each a testament to his collaboration with numerous custom home builders. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of the land fostered communities that resonated with the area's charm. In 2016, his legacy expanded as his son, Hunter Glass joined the business, initially focusing on lot sales. He absorbed the wisdom of his father's experience, and quickly broadened his expertise to encompass all facets of the development process, ensuring the continued growth and evolution of the family's impact on the region.

Meet Vernon Jack
Originally from Duncanville, Texas, Bobby Glass started his real estate career in Midlothian, Texas working as a real estate agent. Individually he completed nearly 40 subdivisions throughout Ellis County over the past four decades. Bobby has been married to his loving wife of 35 years Angela and is the father of 3 children and grandfather of 4 grandchildren.
Hunter Glass was raised in Waxahachie, Texas learning everything there was to learn about real estate from his father Bobby. Hunter worked for 8 years running the families 6 Dairy Queen stores, before he started selling lots in 2016. Over the past 9 years Hunter has used all his fathers knowledge and wisdom to learn all aspects of the development business, and help Vernon Jack expand. Hunter is married to his wife of 11 years, Sara, and is the father of two boys.
